Below are a few brief notes  on how we are organising ourselves.

New junior notice board

We have a junior section notice board located in the main hallway, next to the entrance of the visitor's locker room (first notice board on the right when entering the clubhouse from the front door).

Junior group lessons

Junior group lessons are still available for new and existing Junior members.  Please see Liam for details

Locker room

Lockers in the visitor's locker room are available to junior members. For those of you who do not have a locker and would like one, please contact the secretary's office. The cost of junior lockers are £10 per annum.

West Middlesex web site

For those of you that have web access, you can access the diary and other club related information via the West Middlesex web site, the URL is www.westmiddxgolfclub.co.uk.

Junior winter league

We are changing the way the junior winter league is run. This is especially relevant to the younger and/or newer members who find it difficult to find others to play with.

The tee will be reserved for juniors between 1 and 1.30pm to enable you to meet up and play. The competition will be played as individual stableford games off full handicap over the first 13 holes (as there may not be enough time for all of you to complete 18 before it gets dark). Scorecards must be signed by another member (this can be a fellow junior or senior) and placed in the 'Scorecards Box' located in the Clubhouse main hallway. See the junior notice board for the scoring system.

Getting a handicap

If you do not have an official handicap, you will need to submit 3 signed cards, clearly marked as 'For Handicap Purposes' and signed by another member. Place these scorecards in the 'Scorecards Box' located in the Clubhouse main hallway.

Email addresses & Mobile Phone Nos.

For those of you that have email and/or a mobile phone, and would like to use either of them as a method of communication, please provide your email address/phone details to the secretary's office. You can do this by sending an email to westmid.gc@virgin.net and writing in the subject line JUNIOR MEMBER CONTACT DETAILS. Please do not send any attachments - plain text only.
